  • Drink More Water
Most of us don't drink enough water every day. Water is very important for our body to function. Did you know that more than 60% of our body consists of water? Water is needed to carry out bodily functions, remove waste, and carry nutrients and Oxygen throughout our bodies. Because we lose water every day through urine, bowel movements, sweat and breathing, we need to replenish our water intake. Because food intake contributes around 20% of our fluid intake, that means we need to drink about 8-10 glasses a day to stay hydrated.

One way to find out if you stay hydrated - your urine should be colorless or slightly yellow. If not, you don't get enough water! Other signs include: Dry lips, dry mouth, and urination.
  • Get Enough Sleep
Lack of sleep can cause a number of Health problems including obesity, diabetes, and even heart disease. Lack of sleep that can continuously affect your immune system and make you less able to fend off colds and flu. So it's important to sleep well.

You can do various things to help you sleep better at night. You can avoid stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine before bedtime. In addition, alcohol is known to help you fall asleep faster, too much sleep can interfere with sleep in the second half of the night when the body starts processing alcohol.

Exercise can also help you sleep better at night. Just 10 minutes of aerobic exercise, like walking or cycling, can drastically improve the quality of your sleep at night, but avoid strenuous exercise before bedtime.

If you can exercise not only a few times a week, but every day. Movement is the key to a healthy life. Exercising every day can improve the health of your body in many ways. This can help increase your risk of developing the disease, help you develop bone density, and lose weight.

One simple thing you can do is choose to walk on horseback, drive or use transportation. You can climb stairs instead of taking the elevator. You can choose exercises that are easy to do at home or outside that you like. When you enjoy the physical activity you choose for yourself, you will most likely enjoy it and naturally want to do it. They not only make you full, but also make you want to eat more because of the rush of sugar. Use healthy snacks such as fruits, salads, pure juices, and unprocessed foods.

Drinks with Caffeine are diuretic, which means they accelerate the rate of urine production. This means they don't hydrate you as well as plain water. Also, soda is not healthy, causes weight gain, and is an artificial stimulant. Replace your soda with water or vegetable juice.

  • Stop Smoking or Avoid Passive Smoking
Smoking can greatly increase the risk of lung cancer, kidney cancer, esophageal cancer, heart attacks, and more. Smoking lightly also does not reduce health risks. If you smoke, stop now and do it not only for yourself but also for your family and people around you.
